Just a kiss

She knew a kiss would ruin everything but she just couldn't resist. She had always had a crush on him, but whenever she was single he wasn't and when they were both single... well- she just didn't have the courage to tell him. 

Hundreds of thoughts running through her head and in her heart; feelings she had never felt before. Would confronting him ruin their relationship? They had been friends for over 7 years and even though they didn't see each other often they would still keep in touch. What if he didn't feel that way? Would this result in them no longer being friends? How would her fiancé feel when or if she told him she kissed another man?  

She bolted to the bathroom, let her beautiful wavy long hair down, applied some of her favourite red lipgloss, another stroke of mascara and ran back out hoping she'd sum up the courage to go through it all but..

There he was, kissing another girl. Of course he would kiss her. She was everything a guy like him looked for- tall, fit, blonde ...  Whose idea was it to invite her to the party anyways?
